ཨ་རིའི་ཧ་ཝིར་ཊི་གཙུག་ལག་སློབ་ཆེན་གྱི་ཞལ་གདམས་ཀ་དཔེ་མ་བཞུགས་སོ།　།

དེ་རིང་འགྲུབ་དགོས་ལས་གང་ཉིད། །

སང་ཉིན་བསྒྲུབ་ལ་འགྱང་མི་བྱ། །

The saliva that you drool now will become the tears of tomorrow.

སློབ་པའི་དཀའ་སྡུག་གནས་སྐབས་ཙམ། །

མ་བསླབས་སྡུག་བསྔལ་མི་ཚེའི་འགྱོད། །

The pain of studying is only temporary. But the pain of not knowing is forever. 

ཁྱི་ཕྲུག་བཞིན་དུ་ཡོན་ཏན་སློབས། །

སྐུ་དྲག་བཞིན་དུ་རྩེད་མོར་གཡེངས། །

དེ་རིང་སྒྱིད་ལུག་མཆིལ་མ་འཛགས་མང་ན། །

སང་ཉིན་འགྱོད་གདུང་མཆི་མ་རྒྱུན་མི་ཆད། །

འདས་པའི་ཉིན་མོ་རེ་རེ་དེ། །

ཡང་ཡང་ཕྱིར་ལ་ལྡོག་ཐབས་མེད། །

ཉམས་སུ་བླངས་ལ་ལོངས་སུ་སྤྱོད། །

རྒྱལ་ཁའི་བྲོ་བ་མྱོང་བར་ནུས། །
